Dear City Employee and Retiree:
The 2009 Combined Charity Campaign Theme: "Be a Star in Someone's Eyes," gives all city employees and retirees an opportunity to shine. By giving to charity you directly impact the lives of citizens and community members in Baltimore city.
There are over 360 existing and new charitable organizations in Baltimore City confronting issues like the environment, homelessness, domestic abuse, animals and many more. These organizations rely heavily on your gift to help those in need. Over the years, your contributions have addressed many critical issues. As little as $2.50 per week can provide ten days of shelter for a homeless veteran.
Please go through this agency directory and choose a charity you wish to support. This year we are incorporating E-Way, which allows you to donate online. Visit www.cccmd.org for more information. You can also continue to give by payroll deduction or by making a one-time contribution. Your kind donations help to make someone’s life better and brighter.
